We are often asked "what is covered under a models 90 day manufacturers warranty". Detailed below are the most common items which are NOT covered by warranty.

Please remember that all models should be checked by the user prior to every use ensuring that everything is tightened as it should be and the user has done a full radio check including a range check before switching a model on or starting an engine.

If you have a problem with your radio equipment do not attempt to use the model and contact us for advice.

The following items are NOT covered under the manufacturers warranty.

PULL START MECHANISMS
pull starts should only be pulled around 20cms and cannot withstand vigorous over pulls.

CRASH DAMAGE
items damaged through the user crashing the model.

COMPONENT FAILURE OR PREMATURE WEAR AS A RESULT OF CRASH DAMAGE
parts of a model that may become damaged or prematurely worn due to a model being crashed.

LACK OF MAINTENANCE, IMPROPER USE OR ABUSE
all models should be checked and be in full working order prior to any attempted use.

WATER DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM WATER INTAKE

If after market items are used on your model this may void the manufacturers warranty. for example using a faster motor on an electric model, that the models standard ESC is not compatible with.

If you think that you may have a manufacturers fault with your model then please contact us for advice. Quite often a problem can be dealt with over the telephone or via our support centre without the need of returning an item.
