You can use any fuel between 10 and 30% although 10 - 16% is best for normal use and the higher ones are for racing as they are more expensive and put more pressure on the engine.

You should use model glow fuel. This is available from model shops, we sell it and it is also sold in some Halfords stores. It is possible to mix it yourself but it is difficult to get it right and messy. It is better just to get the pre-mixed stuff.
